Over 1000 complaints from 2005 seeking assistance from this office, resulting in over $408,528.00 back to the consumer by way of refunds, contracts voided and exchanges.

Through the efforts of this office and County Counsel, 195 violations have been filed in municipal courts throughout the County. Thirty eight cases have been adjudicated, resulting in $36,323.78 in fines and costs returned to Middlesex County.
