Once the software has been installed, open the file called
ASIA Online
Forms.pff. Complete all the information. From time
to time, a bubble will pop-up, when your mouse moves over
an answer box. The bubble will help you to fill in the box.
Please remember that information given to us will be published
online. You may receive calls from anywhere in the State,
from people who want you to be part of their cultural project,
to teach in their schools or to perform in the community.
Artists should be paid. Be sure to tell people your fee
for your services. If photographs should be returned to
you, be sure to tell us that you want the images returned,
otherwise we'll keep them in our files. If the photo has more
than one person in the image - provide a caption or description
for the image.
You
may also enclose a resume, a further written description of
your work or group, press clippings and brochures, but these
are not required. Follow the instructions for mailing.
There
is NO charge for this service. Allow 30 days for your listing
to appear in the directory

is a statewide organization for the preservation and promotion
of culture and heritage, under the auspices of the Middlesex
County Cultural and Heritage Commission. It is funded
by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the Middlesex
County Cultural and Heritage Commission, and the New Jersey
State Council on the Arts/Dept of State, a partner agency
of National Endowment for the Arts.
Once
you are done - you can uninstall Filler software if you wish.
