Middlesex County Community Learning Center at Roosevelt The Middlesex County Community Learning Center at Roosevelt opened in February 2003. It is open to all county residents who need to improve their literacy skills in order to find a job or get a better job. From I-287 North & South:
Take Exit 1A for Route 1 North (Newark). Follow Route 1 North directions below.

From Route 1 North: Take Parsonage Road jug handle and cross Route 1. Menlo Park Mall will be on your left. At second light, turn left onto Oakwood Ave/Roosevelt Ave. The Roosevelt Care Center entrance is on your left. The first driveway is the exit, so take the second driveway to enter.

From Route 1 South: Turn RIGHT onto Parsonage Road. Menlo Park Mall will be on your left. At second light, turn left onto Oakwood Ave/Roosevelt Ave. The Roosevelt Care Center entrance is on your left. The first driveway is the exit, so take the second driveway to enter.

Parking spaces are available in MENLO PARK MALL or Roosevelt Care Center.

The Community Learning Center at Roosevelt is located at the Roosevelt Care Center, next to Menlo Park Mall. Bus # 810 comes directly from New Brunswick, Highland Park, Edison, Metuchen, and stops at Menlo Park Mall. The Community Learning Center is within walking distance from the bus stop at Menlo Park Mall.
