Court hearing scheduled

 

          Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and North Brunswick Police Director Kenneth P. McCormick announced that a court hearing has been scheduled for today at 1:30 p.m. before Superior Court Judge Frederick DeVesa at the Middlesex County Courthouse in New Brunswick.

 

The hearing will address charges filed against two men following the fatal shooting of another man in North Brunswick on May 7, 2009.
