Five ex-custodians admitted to PTI program
The five, all South Brunswick residents, are required under
the Pre-Trial Intervention (PTI) program to pay back the money, forfeit their
jobs, and never again hold any public employment.
If
they avoid any additional criminal charges for the next 18 months, the cases
against them will dismissed under an agreement approved on October 1, 2010 in

five custodians, Anthony Ferraro, (DOB 6/27/65) Mary DeVito, (8/1/56) Kenneth
Kazanski, (DOB 10/18/58) Martin Cantu, (DOB 4/21/67) and Thomas Griggs, (DOB
10/1/48) are all residents of
They
each were charged on June 3, 2010 with fraud and theft by deception after an
investigation by Detective Sgt. James Stoddard and Detective Ron Seaman, both
of the South Brunswick Police Department, determined that the defendants
submitted receipts to the township school board for clothing they never
purchased.
