††††††††† Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and Robert Hubner, director of the Woodbridge Police Department, announced that a township man was charged today with aggravated manslaughter for crashing his vehicle into the rear of a parked FedEx truck and killing a 43-year-old delivery man last week.
James T. Cunningham (DOB 11/27/40) of the Iselin section of Woodbridge was charged during a continuing investigation into the death on February 22, 2013 of† William Convery III of South Bound Brook.

His bail has been set at $250,000.
The charge was filed during the investigation by Officer Stephen Botti of the Woodbridge Police Department and Investigator Sean OíLone of the Middlesex County Prosecutorís Office.
†The investigation determined Mr. Convery had parked his FedEx truck and was standing outside the rear of the vehicle when he and the truck were struck at 9:33 a.m. in a residential neighborhood near Merrill Park.
