†††††††† Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo announce the joint investigation into the death of Richard Bausch, age 64, of New Brunswick.††† The police responded after a 9-1-1 call to Lee Avenue and Ward Street in the City of New Brunswick on December 30, 2008 where they found Mr. Bausch.He was unconscious and unresponsive at the time.†† He was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
