Old Bridge man died from head injury

 

 

          Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan announced today that an Old Bridge man died from a head injury that was inflicted when he was attacked by three 17-year-old males.

 

An autopsy performed today by the Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office determined that Divyendu Sinha, 49, of Old Bridge died from blunt force trauma to the head and that the manner of death was homicide.

 

The three juveniles charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit an aggravated assault remain in custody at the Middlesex County Juvenile Detention Center in North Brunswick.

 

They are scheduled to appear in Family Court on July 1, 2010, before Superior Court Judge Roger W. Daley in New Brunswick.
