Woman found dead

 

 

Middlesex County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and Old Bridge Police Chief Thomas H. Collow announced that police are investigating the death of a female who was found today in her home in the township.

 

          Members of the New Jersey State Police are assisting in the joint investigation with the Old Bridge Police Department and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.

 

The investigation began after police were dispatched earlier today to a home at 18 Hilltop Boulevard in the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge.

 

The woman, whose identity is not being released at this time, was discovered dead in the home. The cause of death has yet to be determined. An autopsy is expected to be performed later today.
